In her own words

"I am a Canadian artist born in Ukraine, living in Burlington, Ontario. Back in Ukraine I studied art in the art school and worked as a book designer and illustrator in a publishing house.
I work in acrylic on canvas. I like acrylic for the bright vibrant colors which seem to best convey my zest for life and innate optimism. My paintings are mostly landscapes, originally inspired by the beauty of a natural scene or historical places. Ultimately I strive for capturing the incredible play of light and colour on trees, stones, sky and water and aspire to express the unique atmosphere of each moment and situation depicted."

BEARDED IRISES

Olga's talents are a very welcome addition to the gallery and we are proud to display them here for all to see. Her art is as refreshing as her rich Ukrainian accent is wonderful to listen to. Rich vibrant tones and colors dance from her pallet to her canvas and come to life in a most pleasant way. Best of all, her work is very reasonably priced and she makes her talent available to all on commissioned works too.
