On May 4^th2010 , and again in 2011, our artists were asked to participate in a "show me how" learning experience for the students at Oneida Public School here in Haldimand County. It was an incredible day and we would like to thank all the artists from our gallery group who responded and participated in this fun filled all day event.

Every artist that was ever born started out as a kid!

We feel it is important to share our enthusiasm for art, and help teach and show how we do what we do in our own unique way. We are fortunate to have in our community a good number of artists who enjoy the ever inquisitive minds and openness of school age children. Some of these children will perhaps be encouraged to follow their own dreams and may choose a path that contributes to the arts. That's why it is so important for us all to set a good example to those who will follow us.
